The Fitness Center is just a short trip to the basement of Newman North to gain access to 15 top-notch machines for students who want to stay fit. Our center incudes 3 treadmills, 2 stairclimbers, 1 bicycle, 3 ellipical, leg press, lat pulls,
The Laundry Facility, located in the basement of the Newman North, offers a convenient place to do your laundry for a reasonable cost of $1 per wash or dry. The room has a small seating area to let you get some reading or homework done as you wait or take a trip across the hallway to the Fitness Center. Also we have a convenient quarter change machine that converts $1 or $5 bills to use with the washers and dryers.
The Newman Club provides a gathering place for both residents and non-residents.
Student Lounges
There are 8 lounges on the residence floors that provide the resources, the entertainment, and the space you need.
2 Computer labs with laser printing provided
2 Quiet study lounges
2 Game rooms with pool, ping pong, air hockey, and foosball
2 TV lounges - 72" HDTV with bluray and 55" DLP HDTV with bluray
The Newman Dining Hall Room is open 24 hours a day for relaxation and study space.
A private Catholic library is open to students for personal study and enrichment.
Three outdoor courtyards and an outdoor terrace on the second floor provide beautiful natural scenery.
