Homestyle Station: The Homestyle Station serves up delicious entrees, vegetables, and side dishes. From the creative to the familiar, there’s always something delicious on the menu.

Grill Station: At the Grill Station, you will find a freshly prepared daily special. Some of our specials include hand-pattied fresh burgers topped with your favorite cheese on a toasted bun, chicken or veggie quesadilla, grilled chicken sandwich, and many more. Vegetarian options are always available upon request at the Grill Station. The Grill Station is open Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM and from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM

Salad Station: Create your own salad from our selection of fresh greens, including local and organic farm-fresh greens and vegetables and topped with one of our homemade salad dressings. Composed salads such as housemade pasta salad, roasted farm fresh beet salad, or fresh fruit salad round out the choices from the delicatessen-style area. The Salad Bar is open all day Monday through Saturday, from 11 AM to 7:00 PM.

Sandwich Station: Our chefs prepare delicious pre-wrapped sandwiches for you to enjoy. The Sandwich Bar is open all day Monday through Saturday, from 11 AM to 7:00 PM.

Soup: Our delicious homemade soups start with homemade stocks, made from fresh vegetables, herbs, and seasonings. No short cuts here, only delicious, one-of-a-kind soup that you can look forward to. The Soup Station is open all day Monday to Saturday from 11 AM through 7:00 PM.

Desserts: Fresh from-scratch cookies, muffins, cakes, and other tasty treats made daily.

Late Night Grab & Go: We are excited to offer a new Late Night Grab & Go weeknight service. Grab & Go meals will utilize a “point system” with each meal equal to 10 points.  Every item in the Grab and Go with be assigned a point.  You may choose up to the cumulative value of 10 points for the cost of one meal.  Choose from a variety of grab and go options such as pre-wrapped sandwiches or wraps, salads, chips, fruit, cookies.  Protein bars and shakes, maybe even your favorite snack mix.  These options can be used for meals or snacks when the craving hits. Think of this as your mini convenience store Monday through Friday.

Student Kitchen: The fully-equipped Student Kitchen provides everything you need to make whatever you’d like, whenever you’d like (groceries not included). Kitchen reservations can be made at the Hall Office.

Non-Resident? 

Non-residents are invited to join us for meals. Meals can be purchased as you go for the prices posted at the Cashier Station.
